Hola! You’ve reached the exciting world of my CreativEating blog. My name is Amelia. I’m a Washington DC transplant, via Atlanta, Boston and Minneapolis with a stint in Malawi, Africa. I love to cook and create things in the kitchen with ingredients I’ve never used before… so I figured I should start writing this stuff down.
